Dental Patient Information - Grand Prairie, TX

We Can’t Wait to Meet You!

We’re always eager to welcome new patients and their families into our dental office, and we make sure everyone feels right at home starting at their first visit. Below, you’ll find all the information you need ahead of your initial appointment, and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team. Thank you for trusting Real Dental with your family’s dental needs—you’ll know you made the right decision as soon as you walk through our doors!

Your First Dental Visit

After our friendly front desk team has checked you in, you’ll be given a brief tour of our dental office so you can meet the rest of our staff and see our technology. You’ll then be brought to a treatment room where we’ll take a few X-rays and images of your mouth. Your dentist will spend a few minutes chatting with you about your unique needs and goals, and then they’ll give you an exam. Afterward, they’ll discuss their observations with you, go over your treatment options, and answer all of your questions. If there is enough time, they’ll provide whatever treatment you need that same day.

New Patient Forms

Our new patient forms enable us to learn your basic information very quickly, and to help you save even more time, you now have the option to download them and fill them out at home. When you bring the completed forms to your appointment, we’ll be able to check you in and bring you back to your dentist as quickly as possible.
